At Offseason, all items are sold under a strict return policy due to the nature of limited edition, collectible, and resale goods. This policy ensures legal compliance and protects the integrity of our business.

✅ Returns Accepted ONLY If the Item Is:

You must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A description of the problem

🚚 If Your Return is Approved

• We'll arrange courier collection at our cost.
• You may choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method.

📦 Returned goods must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Any signs of wear or tampering will void eligibility.

🔁 Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are only offered if:

• You received the wrong product
• The item is defective or damaged on arrival

No exchanges for size-related reasons.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We reserve the right to reject any return if:

• The return is requested after 14 days
• The product shows signs of wear or damage
• The issue is related to fit or personal preference
• The return was sent without authorisation

If approved:
